Last week I polled my Instagram and asked, “are you in a season of change in your business?” and 96% said either “changing SO much” or “changing a little.”
I’m honestly not surprised with those results, because this time of year (halfway through) is when a lot of people evaluate the first 6 months and see if they’re on track to reach their 2023 goals or even see if those goals are in alignment anymore.
In this episode not only do I break down my APEC framework (a process to audit your business to see what’s keeping you stuck, what’s working, where you have potential to grow & what you need to remodel in your biz to get there) but I also share a sometimes ugly truths most entrepreneurs need to deal with when faced with this need to change.
It involves our lovely EGO (oh so fun).
